The Desert Southwest Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization incorporated in the State of Arizona and governed by a local board of directors. While we are an affiliate of the National Alzheimer's Association based in Chicago, all our work is devoted to providing service and support to Alzheimer's patients, family members and caregivers throughout Arizona.

As a private non-profit organization, the Area Agency on Aging, Region One, advocates, plans, coordinates, develops and delivers services for adults aged 60 years and older, persons of any age with HIV/AIDS, adults aged 18 years and older with disabilities and long-term care needs, and family caregivers.

Garibay’s Medical Transport has been providing quality Non Emergency Medical Transportation to the greater Phoenix area since 2005. They are known for their reputation for reliability and the quality of service they provide.

They assist clients from time of pick-up to drop-off to make sure that you get there safely and on time.
